The research focuses on non-cost performance measurement and management of the Christchurch rebuild programme. Master of Engineering with Distinction, Trent Beckman-Cross, used a case study methodology to examine the effectiveness of the Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team’s (SCIRT) approach to non-cost performance management.
